Coil Taping Machine

Specifications:

1. Section area: max. 35×60mm², min. 7×15 mm².
2. Line length: max. 1605mm, min. 400mm, adjustable steplessly.
3. Pitch of coil (opening): max. 1100mm, min. 185mm.

4. Double taping, half overlapping , tape width 25mm, pitch 6.25mm, 12.5mm each (also can supply the taping machine with 20mm tape).
5. 1 set of simulation constant tension tape plate (can tape mica powder, little tape), only can single taping, the general 1 set of adjustable tension tape plate (for medium tape, multi-tape), can make a round taping.
6. Contour cam gear rack, taping speed: 60~220r/m, frequency variable for speed adjustment.
7. Down line angle 24~55° (end 1/2 rhombus included angle 35~66°), 6 steps adjustable, end part 380mm tapable about 1/3~2/3.
8. Equipped with speed slowdown device in the bend, to reduce the taping speed to 1/3 of the normal speed, in order to improve the taping quality.
