1. Machine description

Max 1.2 mm inlet wire draws to 0.1-0.30 mm fine wire. Annealing unit handles wire heat treatment after wire drawing.

Due to a special designed drawing and straightening mechanism the outlet wire is with high straightness.

Annealing unit comprises pre-heating, heating and hardening. Outlet wire tensile strength reaches 900-1000MPa.
