Application:

Series of horizontal coil wrapping machine is designed mainly for metallurgical industries.The machine could be widely used in exterior wrapping of coiled articles such as steel belt,bronze belt,wire material,rubber tube,bearing,electric wire cable &etc.

Horizontal structure,the object enters into packing position by hoisting,conveying or by manual
Two modes of tape wrapping structure for choose
PLC & HMI are adopted
Indicator alarams automatically when trouble occurs,Error can be shown qutomatically
The turning ring can be located automatically and precisely
Tape rollers are adopted for transmission,outer protective rollers for protection
Press roller could be moved for different objects
The overlap rate and tension of the material could be adjusted according to needs
The ring can be moved for different object ID & OD
Anti-wear polyurethane is adopted for the friction wheel,ring with integral mould structure
Synchronous wrapping(two kinds of wrapping material working together) is available
The carrier roller and protective roller are wrapped with polyurethane
